Had a conversation with my best friend the other day about splitting a garage. We both always thought that it would be the cost of cars that would keep us from having a bunch of them. That is partially true, but space and insurance are the real hurdles in multiple car ownership.

There are plenty of cars that I would buy in the 4-10k neighborhood, but then I have to insure them, and worst of all find a place to put them. I have two cars currently, but I already don’t have space for one of them!

Yep, I have found a few garages that are in the “affordable” realm, but they are either too far, in a shitty area, or both.
